I'm only on my second roast of these beans and so still dialling in but I hit the sweet spot very quickly and only minor tweaks will be required to get to a very tasty coffee. My first pour over brews brough a very prominent blueberry flavour which was very pleasant. I tightened up the grind slightly and managed to add in chocolate and nut notes with lovely brightness.

Beautiful pot, great service and the quietest coffee pot ive had in decades, have been using stove top pots for decades. Fantastic price and service will definitely purchase from redber again

Always a great roast. I've tried other varieties but Santos always delivers what I want from a dark roast, and Redber always delivers with Santos.

I really can't get enough of this. I like trying other coffee, single origin and blends, but I keep coming back to this.

Great taste

One of my favourites for espresso or making any other strong, rich coffee.
Slightly fruity, hint of smokiness, pleasant bitterness.
As well as espresso I use it with V60, aero press and french press.
