This Swiss Water Decaf is a regional blend of 100% Arabica beans grown at an altitude of around 1,350 metres in Guatemala, where the high elevation and fertile soils help develop the coffee’s balanced sweetness and clean flavour profile. The beans are carefully selected to create a smooth and consistent cup while maintaining the character typical of Guatemalan coffees.

The coffee is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process, a chemical-free method that uses pure water and natural carbon filters to gently remove caffeine while preserving the coffee’s original flavour compounds. This careful process retains the coffee’s natural sweetness, body, and aroma, resulting in a decaf coffee that remains rich, smooth, and enjoyable without compromising on taste.
