Many Royal Mail 48 deliveries are delayed in certain areas due Royal Mail scanning issues and staff shortages. The Royal Mail tracking simply says 'We are expecting it'. This is not correct. Royal Mail collects from Redber daily at 16h00.Β All our orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.Β Please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive. If your parcel is urgent we suggest you use the 24 hour service.Β

At Redber, we roast all our coffee to order to ensure maximum freshness. We aim to roast and dispatch your coffee on the same day your order is placed. Roasting takes place six days a week, Monday to Saturday, with dispatches occurring Monday to Friday.
We do our best to process and dispatch all orders by 4:00pm daily. However, during busy periods, please allow an additional working day as a contingency in case of a roasting backlog.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order withinΒ 14 days of receiving your goods. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original, unopened packaging. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 14 working days for the return and refund process.

TheΒ HarioΒ V60 innovative pour-over dripperΒ designΒ has a large opening at the bottom. This, with the spiral ribs on the inside and a fairly steep wall all contribute to making a great cup of pour-over cup of coffee.
TheΒ 01Β version is design forΒ 1 cupΒ and theΒ 02Β forΒ 2 cups. TheΒ V60Β can be used directly over aΒ cupΒ or aΒ coffee pot or jug.Β The name V60 derives from the dripper's design: the cone is V shaped and has a 60Β° angle. The dripper spread across the world after the 2010 World Brewers Cup in London and is now synonymous with the highest standards of craft in coffee making equipment.

Suggested Instructions: Use a ratio of 60g of coffee for 1 litre of water. If you are making for one then most cups will be about 300ml so you need 18g of coffee. Grind the coffee courser than espresso. Boil fresh water and wait 1 minute to let the water cool to approximately 95C. Place the filter paper in the V60 and pour some water over the filter paper to rinse. Place the ground coffee in the now wet filter paper then start pouring slowly onto the ground coffee. The pouring and drip time should take about 3-4 minutes.Β
Result: Delicious coffee.
