Delivery and Returns

Delivery Update 06/08/25 – Royal Mail 48
Many Royal Mail 48 deliveries are delayed in certain areas due Royal Mail scanning issues and staff shortages. The Royal Mail tracking simply says 'We are expecting it'. This is not correct. Royal Mail collects from Redber daily at 16h00.  All our orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.  Please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive. If your parcel is urgent we suggest you use the 24 hour service.

Due to the poor services our customers are receiving from Royal Mail we will be reviewing the companies we use for delivery in the coming months.

You can find the latest updates from Royal Mail here.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Brewing Methods and Serving Suggestions

The bold and smooth flavours of Brazil Santos Dark Roast make it an excellent choice for a range of brewing methods. Espresso machines bring out its deep, chocolatey notes and create a rich, robust shot with a lingering finish, perfect for black coffee or milk-based drinks like lattes and cappuccinos. Bean-to-cup machines highlight its well-rounded body and enhance its sweet, nutty flavours, offering a consistent and satisfying cup. For those who prefer a classic drip coffee, a filter machine will deliver a clean, full-bodied brew that showcases the coffee’s natural sweetness and smooth texture, ideal for enjoying black or with a splash of milk.

Brazil Santos Coffee Origin and Details

Brazil Santos coffee is named after the port of Santos, one of Brazil's largest and most important coffee-exporting ports. Grown in the fertile and well-drained soils of the São Paulo region and surrounding areas, Santos beans are known for their consistent quality and smooth flavour profile. Brazil is the largest coffee producer in the world, and the Santos bean is a prime example of the country's ability to produce exceptional coffee.

The beans are hand-picked and dry-processed, a method that involves drying the whole coffee cherries before removing the beans. This process allows the sweetness of the fruit to carry through to the cup, giving Santos coffee its characteristic sweet, nutty, and chocolatey flavour. Widely used around the world, Brazil Santos is popular as a standalone coffee and as a key component in many espresso blends due to its versatility and consistent quality.

  • Country: Brazil
  • Region: São Paulo and surrounding areas
  • Altitude: 800 - 1,200 m above sea level
  • Variety: Bourbon, Typica, Mundo Novo
  • Processing Method: Dry-processed

Brazil Santos coffee is perfect for those who enjoy a consistently good, flavourful cup with a balance of sweetness, nuttiness, and a touch of chocolate.
