5 stars as Redber has clarified with me regarding the email was incorrectly marked and offered a detailed explanation on different roast and processes of coffee, even offered a free complementary bag of Uganda Rwenzori as apologies.

Coffee and mentioned before is good, but I want to add that is a pleasingly sweet coffee, it kinda opened up a new world to on how coffee can actually be sweet.

Hi i just bought the Moccamaster Select once it was delivered and used i can say its a great machine i would recommend this item to anyone its makes great coffee the one thing I wanted to say to BIG thankyou to Redber Coffee Roasters as a company is you customer service was brilliant 10/10, long story short I ordered this item on a Friday on the next Tuesday I get a message from the delivery service saying its been delayed, I tryed to call the Delivery Service that was imposable to get threw to them so i called Redber and they gladly helped track down the problem and resolved it very quickly, its now Thursday and its been delivered and this issue has been resolved and most importantly kept me informed and didn't feel like a burden 10/10 thank you guys.

Just wanted to say again a big thankyou you can always tell a great company when you have great customer support cant rate you guys higher.

The delivery was quick and trackable, the item arrived in perfect condition, and it works very well. I've been using the grinder for half a year now and have had no problems whatsoever.

Unfortunately I use smell as a key sensory part of my enjoyment of coffee ( and wine) and these beans have a strong off putting smell. I will not be able to drink any more.
I remember something similar and I checked the description and the beans are natural which is l believe is the reason

I use this coffee in delonghi stilosa, espresso grind, I'm really enjoying it, it tried medium roast but prefer the dark. I keep it in the packet it comes in, which i think is keeping it fresh for the time i have it. I'm the only drinker of it in the house, 500g seems ok. Happy to hear advice as I'm starting my coffee exploration

We love a nice mellow medium roast Brazilian coffee. After having tried all the different Brazilian varieties Redber offers, this is our favourite. Nutty and mellow - easy to drink even black. Getting good feedback from friends and family too!
