Works particularly well with espresso machines and bean-to-cup machines, where its syrupy body and cedar aroma are clearly expressed.

Peru Chanchamayo coffee beans come from small farms at high altitudes between 1,200 and 1,350 metres above sea level. The farms belong to small producers with less than two hectares of land, generating around 3,000 lbs. of coffee per harvest. The beans are shade-grown at high altitudes, leading to a denser bean and a more complex cup profile due to its slow maturation. The producers use sustainable farming practices, and the beans are washed and sun-dried, which helps develop a rich, vibrant flavour profile with a cupping score of 80+.
