Brewing Suggestions

Grown in the Lake Toba region of North-West Sumatra at altitudes between 1,500 and 1,800 metres, Sumatra Lintong Grade 1 coffee benefits from the volcanic soil and unique microclimate of the region. The traditional Giling Basah (wet-hulled) processing method, along with triple-picking for defects, results in a coffee that is both distinctive and high-quality, with a deep, complex flavour profile.
