Having tried the dark, this time I opted for medium dark. Noticeable difference. Considerably more delicate. Smooth with good flavour, but gets lost with milk, so I prefer to drink this black.
Have just gone back to a filter machine as I only drink black coffee and wasn’t going to spend a small fortune on a machine with all the bells and whistles which would never get used
I bought this coffee for my husband as he drinks his coffee with milk but one day I tried it black and it was also very good. It’s going to be one our favourite.
I Brewed this in the Fellow Aiden first as a medium Roast and it was terrible but brewed as a dark roast the coffee was so flavourfull really was sweet like hints of banoffee but with a kick of Rum, I could drink this all the time.
I mostly drink coffee without milk but it worked well either way.
I've not tried in a V60 yet but I would say being the Fellow aiden for dark roast is 99°c bloom and the three pulses at 86°c it might work really well.
