La Sofia Supremo is sourced from thirty small-scale producers across the veredas of El Tigre, La Selva, Tribunas, Providencia, and Patio Bonito in Belén de Umbría, Risaralda, Colombia. Situated at an elevation of 1,500 meters, with a consistent year-round temperature of 20°C, the region provides an ideal microclimate for growing exceptional coffee. The farms range from 4 to 6 hectares, primarily cultivating the Castillo variety, with beans meticulously wet-processed and dried either on patios or in mechanical driers depending on the weather.
