Brazil Finca Cachoeira comes from the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais, known for its ideal coffee-growing conditions with rich soils and a stable climate. The farm is owned by the Barbosa family, who have a long tradition of producing high-quality coffee while maintaining sustainable farming practices. Part of the estate is dedicated to a 186-hectare nature reserve, helping to protect the local environment and wildlife.

The coffee is produced from Red Catuai beans and naturally processed, where the whole cherries are dried in the sun before the beans are removed. This method enhances the coffee’s natural sweetness and depth of flavour. Fazenda Cachoeira has also been recognised with awards such as the Cup of Excellence, highlighting the quality and dedication behind this coffee.
