Grown in the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais at around 1,100 metres above sea level, this speciality grade Arabica coffee is produced by the Barbosa family at Fazenda Cachoeira, a farm recognised for both coffee quality and sustainable farming practices.
The coffee is made using Red Catuai beans and naturally processed, where the whole coffee cherries are dried before the beans are removed. This method helps develop deeper sweetness, fuller body and the rich chocolate and nutty character typical of high-quality Brazilian coffees.
Fazenda Cachoeira has been recognised in competitions including the Cup of Excellence, highlighting the quality and consistency behind this coffee.
What Makes Brazil Cachoeira Special?
Brazil Cachoeira stands out for its combination of sweetness, balance and clean structure. While many Brazilian coffees focus purely on body and chocolate notes, this coffee also delivers clarity and refined sweetness, making it feel more expressive and polished.
The natural processing method enhances caramel sweetness and hazelnut richness while preserving smooth drinkability and balance.
Who Will Enjoy Brazil Cachoeira?
This coffee is ideal for customers looking for a smooth, sweet Brazilian speciality coffee with chocolate richness, caramel sweetness and balanced body. Its approachable flavour profile makes it especially suitable for everyday brewing and filter coffee drinkers looking for an easy-drinking but high-quality cup.
