Delivery Update 06/08/25 – Royal Mail 48
Many Royal Mail 48 deliveries are delayed in certain areas due Royal Mail scanning issues and staff shortages. The Royal Mail tracking simply says 'We are expecting it'. This is not correct. Royal Mail collects from Redber daily at 16h00. All our orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive. If your parcel is urgent we suggest you use the 24 hour service.
Due to the poor services our customers are receiving from Royal Mail we will be reviewing the companies we use for delivery in the coming months.
You can find the latest updates from Royal Mail here.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.
At Redber, we roast all our coffee to order to ensure maximum freshness. We aim to roast and dispatch your coffee on the same day your order is placed. Roasting takes place six days a week, Monday to Saturday, with dispatches occurring Monday to Friday.
We do our best to process and dispatch all orders by 4:00pm daily. However, during busy periods, please allow an additional working day as a contingency in case of a roasting backlog.
For orders exceeding 100kg, please contact us directly for a quote. If your order is unusually large or heavy, additional delivery charges may apply. In such cases, we will contact you before dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by external factors beyond our control. While we work with reliable partners like Royal Mail and DPD, no courier can guarantee next-day delivery with complete certainty.
You may include delivery instructions when placing your order to help ensure a smoother delivery process.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photographs of the damaged goods when you get in touch.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original, unopened packaging. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 14 working days for the return and refund process.

As all our coffee is roasted to order and customised for your chosen brew method, some products may not be eligible for cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. We aim to process all refunds promptly and efficiently.
Kenya Peaberry Medium Roast offers a bright and lively coffee experience with a unique intensity that sets it apart from typical Kenyan beans. The medium roast level preserves the coffee's natural characteristics, featuring a vibrant acidity, zesty lemon aroma, and light floral notes. The result is a clean and refreshing cup with a hint of citrus sweetness, perfect for those who enjoy a bright, invigorating coffee.
The crisp and refreshing qualities of this medium roast are best enjoyed using pour-over methods like V60 or Chemex, where its lively acidity and citrus notes can fully develop. It also works wonderfully in an Aeropress, creating a more concentrated cup that highlights its unique floral and citrus profile. For a fuller, more traditional experience, try brewing it in a cafetiere to balance its bright acidity with a smooth finish.
Grown in the Tatu region of Kenya at altitudes ranging from 1,700 to 1,800 metres above sea level, Kenya Peaberry beans are a rare and distinctive type of coffee. Unlike the typical coffee cherries that contain two flat-sided beans, a peaberry contains only one oval-shaped bean, leading to a more concentrated flavour. The beans are washed and meticulously processed to bring out their unique characteristics, resulting in a bright, lively cup.
Store in a dark cool place.
