Delivery Update 06/08/25 – Royal Mail 48
Many Royal Mail 48 deliveries are delayed in certain areas due Royal Mail scanning issues and staff shortages. The Royal Mail tracking simply says 'We are expecting it'. This is not correct. Royal Mail collects from Redber daily at 16h00. All our orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive. If your parcel is urgent we suggest you use the 24 hour service.
Due to the poor services our customers are receiving from Royal Mail we will be reviewing the companies we use for delivery in the coming months.

At Redber, we roast all our coffee to order to ensure maximum freshness. We aim to roast and dispatch your coffee on the same day your order is placed. Roasting takes place six days a week, Monday to Saturday, with dispatches occurring Monday to Friday.
We do our best to process and dispatch all orders by 4:00pm daily. However, during busy periods, please allow an additional working day as a contingency in case of a roasting backlog.
For orders exceeding 100kg, please contact us directly for a quote. If your order is unusually large or heavy, additional delivery charges may apply. In such cases, we will contact you before dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by external factors beyond our control. While we work with reliable partners like Royal Mail and DPD, no courier can guarantee next-day delivery with complete certainty.
You may include delivery instructions when placing your order to help ensure a smoother delivery process.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will offer a replacement or a refund where appropriate.
We recommend inspecting your goods before signing for them. If this isn't possible, please sign as ‘unexamined’. Any visible damage should be reported to the delivery driver at the time of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photographs of the damaged goods when you get in touch.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original, unopened packaging. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 14 working days for the return and refund process.

As all our coffee is roasted to order and customised for your chosen brew method, some products may not be eligible for cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. We aim to process all refunds promptly and efficiently.

Colombia Excelso Huila Medium Roast provides a bright and refreshing coffee experience with a medium body and a clean, sweet finish. This roast level highlights the delicate notes of sweet citrus, chocolate, and a lively acidity, creating a well-rounded cup with a smooth texture.
This medium roast is perfect for those who enjoy a lighter, refreshing cup with natural sweetness and a touch of brightness. It is best suited for filter coffee methods like V60, Chemex, Aeropress, or cafetiere, which bring out its bright, clean flavours and smooth body.
Sourced from various regions in Colombia, with a focus on Huila, this coffee is grown at high altitudes between 1,200 and 2,000 metres. The traditional washed processing method used enhances its bright acidity and clean, smooth flavour profile, making it a standout choice for coffee enthusiasts.
The Colombia Excelso is my second favorite, right after the Colombia Finca Sofia. It has more of a juicy aftertaste compared to Finca Sofia. The coffee quality is wonderful, each bean is perfect! It's worth every penny and still cheaper than other roasters on the market. I've been with Redber Coffee for many years and am happy to remain a loyal customer.
