This coffee is produced by Mario Segura at Finca Santa Rosa in the El Paraíso region of southern Honduras, close to the Nicaraguan border. The farm operates a modern wet mill designed to reduce water use while maintaining consistent quality.

Careful processing and quality control help the coffee meet Specialty Coffee Association standards, with recent harvests achieving a cupping score of around 84, highlighting the clean structure and rich flavour of this Honduran coffee.
