Not for me - couldn't dial this in to anything acceptable

I tried dialing this in for double espresso shots. I had to go much finer than I normally expect with dark roast coffees. It is described as low acidity but no matter how much I played with the brewing temperature and grind size I never got to anything pleasant and there was always a strong background acidity. Will try mokka or pour over but not feeling optimistic about it

Perfect for a flat white

It's got enough body without being too punchy and makes a great flat white. The tasing notes are a really good guide and we noticed a subtle woody undertone.

Another welcome addition to our favourites.
