Traditional Italian-Style Espresso
Caffè Italiano is inspired by classic Italian espresso blends, focusing on smooth body, rich flavour and everyday drinkability. Roasted darker to develop fuller body, it delivers a bold yet balanced coffee profile without excessive bitterness.
Unlike brighter fruit-led speciality coffees, Caffè Italiano centres around notes of dark chocolate, roasted nuts and subtle sweetness, making it especially popular for espresso, bean-to-cup brewing and milk-based coffees.
Speciality Coffee Blend
This blend combines speciality grade 100% Arabica coffee beans from Colombia, Brazil, Indonesia and Ethiopia. Each origin contributes to the blend’s balance, body and crema, helping create a smooth, reliable espresso with depth and consistency.
Freshly roasted in small batches, Caffè Italiano is designed to deliver rich flavour and a traditional coffee shop-style espresso experience at home.
A very tasty and sure shot blend that has not disappointed me yet. In the last batch I found two stones about half size of the bean. Luckily I spotted the first one by the chance before it went into the grinder. I am on the look out for their friends since then.

I’ve been buying Redber's Caffè Italiano Blend for a while now, and it never disappoints. As a true dark roast, it delivers exactly what you want from a classic Italian espresso: a heavy, syrupy body with zero harsh acidity. The flavor notes of rich dark chocolate and roasted nuts are prominent, and it creates a beautiful, thick crema every time.It punches through milk perfectly, making it the ideal base for lattes and flat whites, but it's equally smooth as a straight espresso. Plus, because Redber roasts to order, the beans always arrive incredibly fresh and aromatic.If you prefer fruity, light third-wave roasts, this might be too traditional for you. But if you want a reliable, bold, and comforting daily driver that tastes like an authentic coffee shop, this 1kg bag is fantastic value for money. Highly recommended!

I use this coffee in delonghi stilosa, espresso grind, I'm really enjoying it, it tried medium roast but prefer the dark. I keep it in the packet it comes in, which i think is keeping it fresh for the time i have it. I'm the only drinker of it in the house, 500g seems ok. Happy to hear advice as I'm starting my coffee exploration

It arrived well packaged and safely delivered in a sturdy box I haven’t yet opened the two bags I bought are still sealed in the original packaging as I haven’t finished a packet of my own brand .
