Delivery Update 06/08/25 – Royal Mail 48
Many Royal Mail 48 deliveries are delayed in certain areas due Royal Mail scanning issues and staff shortages. The Royal Mail tracking simply says 'We are expecting it'. This is not correct. Royal Mail collects from Redber daily at 16h00. All our orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive. If your parcel is urgent we suggest you use the 24 hour service.
Due to the poor services our customers are receiving from Royal Mail we will be reviewing the companies we use for delivery in the coming months.

At Redber, we roast all our coffee to order to ensure maximum freshness. We aim to roast and dispatch your coffee on the same day your order is placed. Roasting takes place six days a week, Monday to Saturday, with dispatches occurring Monday to Friday.
We do our best to process and dispatch all orders by 4:00pm daily. However, during busy periods, please allow an additional working day as a contingency in case of a roasting backlog.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original, unopened packaging. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 14 working days for the return and refund process.

Cleaning & Care
- Hand wash with a neutral detergent and a soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scrubbers.
- Dry thoroughly after washing to prevent mineral build-up. Never leave water in the kettle when not in use.
- To descale, fill with a 50/50 mix of water and white vinegar, simmer for 20 minutes, then rinse and dry well.
- Store in a dry place to preserve finish and functionality.
Usage Tips
- Use on the correct hob ring size to avoid overheating or damage.
- On gas hobs, keep the flame beneath the kettle—do not let it rise along the sides.
- Do not rely solely on automatic shut-off with induction hobs—monitor carefully while heating.
- Ensure the foldable handle is upright and secure before placing on the hob.
- Keep the spout directed away from yourself and others while boiling.
- Do not allow the kettle to boil dry. Turn off the heat once the water has reached boiling point.
- Wait 10–15 seconds before removing from the heat and pour carefully—never tip the kettle upside down.
- Allow to cool fully before refilling with cold water.

Cleaning:
Clean your kettle after each use – hand wash it with a neutral detergent. Never use abrasive scrubbers or detergents as they could damage the surface. Done? Dry your kettle thoroughly to prevent mineral deposits.
To remove mineral deposits fill the kettle up to the maximum mark level with a mixture of 50% water and 50% white vinegar and allow to simmer for 20 minutes. If deposit persists use a gentle descaler.
Dry well after washing and store in a dry place.
Use:
Use the product on the most appropriately sized hob ring to avoid damage or overheating.
Make sure the flame from the gas hob doesn't touch the side of the kettle as it can damage the enamel.
On induction hobs/stove tops, do not rely on the automatic switch-off function. In case of malfunction, all the water in the kettle may evaporate, causing damage by overheating.
For those kettles with a foldable handle, do ensure that the handle is firmly in the upright position before placing the kettle on the heat source to avoid possible handle overheating.
Close the lid tightly to keep the handle safe from steam.
Always make sure the spout and lid indentations are pointing away from you and others.
Do not allow the kettle to boil dry, as this will quickly lead to overheating.
Remember to turn off the heating source when the water starts boiling, and remove the kettle from the heating source.
Boiled your water? Wait 10-15 seconds before removing the kettle from the heat, then go ahead and pour. Never tip the kettle upside down. Make sure the lid knob is pressed firmly down.
Allow your kettle to cool thoroughly before refilling it with cold water.
