Do you export or supply outside the UK?

Currently, we supply and service within the United Kingdom only, to ensure we maintain our installation and aftercare standards.

Support & Warranty

What warranty do Bravilor machines come with?

All commercial Bravilor machines include a 12-month parts and labour warranty, which can be extended with a Redber maintenance plan.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, mechanical failures, and software faults. It doesn’t cover misuse or damage caused by poor water quality or incorrect cleaning routines — though we can help prevent that with training and filters.
