    Best for filter machines, pour-over brewers, cafetières and AeroPress. These methods show its caramel sweetness, gentle fruit character and clean finish particularly well.

This Guatemalan decaf is created from high-grown Arabica coffees selected for their natural sweetness and clarity. The country’s varied mountain regions and established coffee-growing traditions provide beans with the structure to remain distinctive after decaffeination.

The green coffee is decaffeinated through the Swiss Water® Process. This method uses water, controlled temperature, time and carbon filtration rather than added chemical solvents, removing most of the caffeine while aiming to preserve the coffee’s original character.

The medium roast offers a lighter interpretation of this coffee and allows more of its origin character to remain present. Redber roasts every order in small batches at our Surrey roastery and dispatches it fresh. A very small amount of caffeine may remain.

I've always dismissed decaf as a poor cousin. No more, this is wonderful stuff. I think on balance I prefer the Columbia decaf, but this is great coffee.

This is the nicest Swiss water decaf we have tasted, especially when medium roasted, which we always order. The beans this time were much darker than last time with oil on the surface, very dark, although marked as medium. Still OK coffee, but not to our taste.

I just got these beans today, to try in my new machine which has 2 hoppers, 1 for caffeine beans, 1 for decaffeinated.
I must say these beans are exquisite very well balanced with a creamy tone, definitely made it into my favourite list!

Guatemala decaff Swiss water - medium roast.

Everything I have bought from Redber has been top quality with excellent, quick delivery. Not so these decaff beans. They were quite awful and I am having difficulty describing the taste, except that they didn't taste like coffee at all. Others have given them the thumbs up, so I am assuming that I have just got a bad roast. Very disappointing, but it has not made me lose faith in Redber. Thank you for your services - I will continue to buy my green beans from you.
