Grown in the highlands of Guatemala at around 1,350 metres above sea level, these 100% Arabica beans develop vibrant flavours and a clean, balanced profile thanks to the region’s altitude and favourable climate. The coffee is a regional blend sourced from several farms, bringing together beans that highlight Guatemala’s naturally sweet and lively cup character.
The beans are decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process, a chemical-free method that uses pure water and specialised carbon filters to gently remove caffeine while preserving the coffee’s natural flavour. This careful approach allows the coffee to retain its caramel sweetness, fruit notes, and bright, clean finish.
