These decaf coffee beans are processed using the Mountain Water method, which gently removes caffeine while preserving the coffee’s natural flavour and character.
The Mountain Water Decaf process is a chemical-free method used in Colombia to remove 99.6%–99.9% of caffeine from green coffee beans. Using water and carbon filtration, it preserves the coffee’s natural flavour, resulting in a smooth, high-quality cup.
