I am loving the taster pack purchased at Redber. Super fast delivery, with all coffee beans in recycle friendly packaging. So far we have tried Guatemala / Antigue and Monsoon Malabar and both were fantastic. Thanks to Redber coffee beans, I started using my grinder and coffee machine again. Nothing beats the smell of freshly made coffee in the morning!

Mine are extracted through my Rancilio Silva. Whereas I usually make up a flat white… with the Finca Sofia I enjoy making a long black topped with splash of milk. The milk knocks off any acidity and (in my opinion) reveals the beauty of this coffee. Chocolaty with a note of hazelnut and caramel. I experiment testing other beans but this is my repeat order each month. Thanks for reading my waffle :-)
PS - oh and combing your puck and adding a gauze filter actually works!!

What can I say….the coffee sacks arrived really quickly, by courier! Opened the 2 boxes (10 sacks per box) a had a fabulous mix of sacks from around the world! Great designs, differing weaves, types of jute/hessian. I’m up cycling into potato growing and storage sacks and my better half has an eye on one for wall art! We are stoked, thank you. I’m sure we will order again, as I’ve already given 5 away!

A really great low-acidity coffee with excellent body, a smooth initial taste, and a pleasant, lingering aftertaste.
It works beautifully as an espresso, or my personal favourite a double espresso with a dash of hot water and a high-quality olive oil.
