Coffee Infused Overnight Oats Recipe
Start the year off right with our Coffee Infused Overnight oats! The perfect way to start the day...
- 60ml (1/4) espresso coffee
- 45g (1/2 cup) rolled oats
- 60ml (1/4 cup) unsweetened almond milk
- 1tsp of cocoa powder
- 1/2 sliced banana
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
In a jar or small bowl, combine the oats, coffee, almond milk, cocoa powder and chia seeds and sliced banana. Put the lid on the jar and give it a shake; stir if using a bowl. Chill overnight.
