Honduras Santa Rosa - Medium-Dark Roast

Very nice tasting coffee

Although perfectly acceptable, this coffee is rather bland and lacking in body. Not as satisfying as other coffees in the Redber stable.

After trying many other beans over the last two years or so, this has become the coffee I mostly drink. It has a very deep, complex and smooth flavour with low acidity. Others I enjoy are El Salvador Diamante or a 2:1 mix of Old Java to Brazilian Santos. I continue to try new ones as well, but Honduras Finca Santa Rosa is definitely my coffee of choice, and, by chance, it is also one of the less expensive beans! Whatever the bean, I have found Redber's ordering and delivery service consistently excellent.

I first ordered this after I sampled a Honduran coffee from Tim Horton's and loved it. When I first brewed my first filter coffee using Redber's ground coffee, my partner remarked on the beautiful aroma! This coffee does not fail to please. It is lovely and creamy with a lingering smoothness. Will most probably order again soon.

This works well for most types of coffee, good balance of bean and roasting flavours. Flavours match more the description on the web page rather than on the label (confusingly, they differ). The only slight downside is a slightly inconsistent extraction .

Excellent coffee matched by excellent servuce

This particular coffee is always the one I buy for coffee loving friends, it's so nice I could drink it all the time!!! I do get others though so I can try them, but I always come back to this one.

Flavour and taste to match the quality Redber service.

The coffee is really tasty. I use it in cafeteria and found it very pleasant and with proper caffeine kick specially first thing in the morning. The supplies are purchase on a very regular basis and it is one of the best supplier which I could find. can only highly recommend Redber Coffee and they have excellent service and of course chice

Fresh, lovely coffee. Grinding my own beans as that way freshness is always the best

I have to praise the coffee which I use all the time. Only problem is with with the courier which Redber is suing at the moment as for the second time two out of three latest orders even that they were paid for next day delivery and ordered before midday are being delivered a day later then expected. Previous couriers where much more reliable so maybe it will be worth looking at changing to different one

Great Coffee and brilliant service

Good crema on the espresso, slightly too dark chocolate and spicy flavour for me. It was a part of my subscription, I will probably not order more, as Redber has got too many coffees that are more to my taste. Not bad though, if you like dark chocolate flavour.
