Honduras Santa Rosa - Dark Roast

Good tasting coffee and would order again apart from one big issue. I heard a loud clatter from my grinder, the next grind went completely wrong. When I checked my burrs had been damaged so I suspected a stone had gone through. When I looked through the remaining beans I found a stone as shown in the picture. So is this bean grower prone to delivery stones? Should Redber find them? It cost me £50 for new top and bottom burrs. I may not order this one again despite is great taste.

I have been using RB for a few years now yet I haven't tried all the beans so it wa time for this one. Sadly it's very much not to my liking probably due to being dark roast...going back to Burundi and Colombian beans as these dont give me the taste I m after.

Very occasionally you find something that tastes so good it stops you in your tracks. This coffee was that for me.

I’d be working away and suddenly I’d stop as the coffee drifted across my palate and made me think, wow, that’s good. I decided to buy different coffee this time and I regret my choice, I think I shall try to have this one in my basket as much as possible.

I won’t bother with tasting notes. This one’s ace. Taste is subjective but if you’re anything like me this one will be a treat. Top marks to the producers and to Redber.

Currently this is our favourite coffee as it suits both our tastes and has low acidity. Highly recommended.

A very enjoyable beverage whether I drink it as an americano first thing or a creamy cappuccino later in the day.

I have used Redber for many years and always find their coffee perfectly roasted and delivered promptly. They have great selection of coffees from around the world and are always introducing new coffees. Would definitely recommend!

Easy to use nice tasting

Just nicely balanced with milk for flat white. And intense flavours as espresso.
Best one I've had for both.

I really like this variety as it has a very low acidity but it tastes great both as an espresso and in milk based drinks.

This Honduras Finca had an interesting nutty flavour, it was a nice change from what I normally order here and will have it again sometime.
Service and quality has always been faultless here.

A good staple of Redbers line up and have ordered no less than 9kg of the stuff over the last few years. Bold but not too strong for people who like lighter yet interesting enough to really savor. Says it all really,

"An intense and rich coffee, with plenty of vibrant acidity and flavours of cocoa and nutmeg."

The Honduras Santa Rosa has been roasted to perfection. I can't rate this coffee highly enough. I love the taste. Excellent stuff from redber.
