Sourced from the El Pensativo Cooperative in the Antigua region, near the volcanoes of Acatenango and Fuego, Guatemala Antigua Los Volcanes is grown at altitudes of 1,550 to 2,000 metres. The volcanic activity in the region enriches the soil with micronutrients, contributing to the coffee's exceptional quality. The cooperative consists of small-scale, family-run farms where the coffee cherries are sun-dried on rooftops, enhancing their natural sweetness and complexity.
