Royal Mail strikes are effecting every part of the country. With huge spill over into courier services. DPD one day courier service can now mean 2 to 5 days and Royal Mail 48 from 1 to 2 weeks. The back log could also potentially last into January.
At Redber we remain committed to roasting and dispatching your coffee within 24hrs. Unfortunately we have no control over delivery.
Royal Mail will not be collecting parcels from us or delivering to our customers on the following upcoming dates:
- Thursday 15 December
- Friday 23 December
- Saturday 24 December 2022.

Free Click + Collect Service:
We also have a free click+collect service for those who live locally enough to come and collect there orders. This is a great option to ensure you will get your goods in time for Christmas. Simply select our free pick up service at checkout and you will receive an email once your items are ready to collect. Please place your order on the 22nd of December to ensure collection. The last date to pick up collections before Christmas is the 23rd of December.
