Best suited to espresso machines, bean-to-cup machines, and moka pots, where its rich chocolate notes and smooth body produce a bold, satisfying cup. It also works well in milk-based drinks such as lattes and cappuccinos, where its depth and sweetness stand up nicely to milk.

This coffee is grown in the Jinotega region of northern Nicaragua, where high-altitude conditions allow the cherries to mature slowly and develop deeper sweetness. Classified as Strictly High Grown (SHG) and European Preparation (EP), the beans are carefully selected for quality and consistency.

Produced by small farmers from the Asociación Aldea Global cooperative, this coffee supports sustainable farming practices and community development, benefiting more than 1,000 farming families, including members of the Chorotega Indigenous communities.
