This coffee is sourced from the El Pensativo Cooperative in Antigua, where small farmers grow coffee at high altitudes (1,550-2,000 m.a.s.l.) enriched by volcanic soil. The cooperative’s dedication to sustainable practices and quality improvement has led to a consistently exceptional product, with each micro-lot carefully processed and sun-dried to retain its distinct flavour profile.
