This decaf blend is made from 100% Arabica beans sourced from several coffee-growing regions in Central America, an area well known for producing consistently high-quality coffees with balanced sweetness and smooth character. The beans are carefully selected to create a well-rounded blend that retains the depth and richness expected from a dark roast.
The coffee beans are decaffeinated using the CO₂ process, which removes caffeine while helping preserve the coffee’s natural flavour and body. This method maintains much of the coffee’s original character, resulting in a decaffeinated blend that delivers the robust flavour, smooth texture, and satisfying depth that Central American coffees are known for.
