Machine is good but the two hoppers (needed two for decaf and regular beans) are small and need filling up regularly. Taking us a while to find our favourite beans but suits everyone with their differing coffee tastes.

Delivery via DPD was excellent as always. I would always choose a supplier who uses DPD over Evri or Royal Mail - more suppliers should state their couriers.

I had the TS SMART MACHINE before i purchased the t Smart and i think the TS SMART is far easier to use and a much better machine overall so i would not purchase the T SMART IN future as the small saving over the TS SMART IS not worth it and i regret purchasing the t smart I would say that redber as a company give good delivery service

My order was processed quickly and dispatched next day delivery. The courier arrived within the planned delivery time with no damage to the package. It seems there have been some design changes to this model compared to the similar one I had used for 6 years until it finally gave up. Inside there is a removable panel to help with cleaning the brew unit drive wheel. The grinder is now much quieter and the milk pump is much quicker. Overall a much better machine than the previous version.
