Sadly these beans are very poor - they tend to break in half even before roasting - so you lose about 20% which falls through the drum.
Taste wise - its ok but clearly it is a budget bean.

I'm no barista but these beans roasted really dark and rich in my oven and make for a perfect decaf coffee at home.

The blend adds a fuller, rounder flavour over the single name coffee, something that is essential for a decaf. The beans roast evenly even though there is a blend, although given the roasting times are longer and slower for decaf uneven roasting times are not a big concern.

Good price overall, speedy delivery and the recipient enjoyed the coffee

Same as last time, roasts well, tastes very good. Roasting stages are a little different, chaff seem much reduced, less of the wonderful smoke.
