TERMS & CONDITIONS
Participation in the Redber Rewards Programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Redber Rewards allows eligible customers to earn reward points on qualifying purchases and activities, which may be redeemed for rewards, discounts, or other benefits
1. Eligibility & Membership
Membership is free and available to individual customers only.
Accounts are personal, non-transferable, and limited to one account per customer.
2. Point Earning
Points may be earned on qualifying purchases and/or other eligible actions as specified from time to time.
Points are credited after the qualifying transaction is completed.
Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Redber Coffee reserves the right to change the rate at which Points are earned at any time.
3. Point Expiry
Reward points expire six (6) months after the date they are earned.
If a customer does not earn any new reward points within a continuous six-month period, all accumulated points in their account will expire simultaneously at the end of that period, regardless of when they were originally earned.
Any activity that results in the earning of new points will reset the inactivity period.
Expired Points cannot be reinstated.
4. Redeeming Points
Points may be redeemed for eligible rewards as made available through the Programme.
Rewards are subject to availability and may change at any time.
Points must be redeemed at checkout or through the designated redemption method and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Once redeemed, Points cannot be refunded or re-credited.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
If a purchase that earned Points is returned, refunded, or cancelled, the corresponding Points will be deducted from the customerβs account.
If Points earned from a refunded purchase have already been redeemed, the Programme operator reserves the right to deduct an equivalent number of Points or adjust the account balance accordingly.
6. Misuse & Account Suspension
Redber Coffee reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customerβs account, and to remove Points, if it reasonably believes there has been: Fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Programme, breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious or unethical activity related to earning or redeeming Points.
7. Programme Changes & Termination
Redber Coffee may amend, suspend, or terminate the Programme (or any part of it) at any time.
In the event of Programme (Redber Rewards) termination, customers will be given a limited period to redeem Points before they expire.
8. Data Protection
Participation in the Programme may require the processing of personal data in accordance with the UK's GDPR laws.
