At Redber, we roast all our coffee to order to ensure maximum freshness. We aim to roast and dispatch your coffee on the same day your order is placed. Roasting takes place six days a week, Monday to Saturday, with dispatches occurring Monday to Friday.
We do our best to process and dispatch all orders by 4:00pm daily. However, during busy periods, please allow an additional working day as a contingency in case of a roasting backlog.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will offer a replacement or a refund where appropriate.
We recommend inspecting your goods before signing for them. If this isn't possible, please sign as ‘unexamined’. Any visible damage should be reported to the delivery driver at the time of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photographs of the damaged goods when you get in touch.
Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original, unopened packaging. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 14 working days for the return and refund process.

Exemptions from the Right to Cancel
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Goods that are perishable or have a short shelf life

As all our coffee is roasted to order and customised for your chosen brew method, some products may not be eligible for cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

This stylish Gooseneck Variable Kettle is designed to give you complete control with a precision gooseneck and special angle spout for an accurate pour.
You determine the speed and direction of the hot water as it flows slowly over the grounds, allowing maximum extraction of flavours and aroma. A smooth, even pour encourages balance as the grounds give up the same amount of flavour. This reduces the risk of sourness and bitterness by over or under saturating the coffee grounds.

The pre-set temperature setting brings ease and speed to the brewing process. Simply set the water to heat to the nearest 1c for the right temperature for the optimum extraction rate for your brew. And the keep warm function will maintain that temperature until you are ready to pour.
