Excellent on your part, but delivery problems

Really excellent, concerned service

Delivery has worked well. We have very much enjoyed your coffee, and it's great fun trying new ones! By the way, we loved the tasting session that we came to last year, and I can highly recommend it to coffee fans. One small suggestion: could you package your coffee so that the subscription parcel can fit through most letter-boxes This would help to prevent packages being left on doorsteps or with neighbours. It might also reduce the amount of your packaging, and your packaging costs.

Everything was very efficient , but I have not been able evaluate the product. No doubt through my fault you delivered beans. Would it be possible to send the rest of the order as ground coffee

It is quite a difficult website to use. Wanted the 1st one to arrive for Christmas and it arrived a few weeks ago. As its 'Christmas Gift Coffee Subscription' expected it to arrive closer to Christmas and in a box at least for the first one not a yellow bag. Luckily it's for my son-in-law and daughter managed to grab it first for me and open it and put it in a presentation box. Haven't tried the coffee obviously as it's a gift but sure son-in-law will let me know.
