Really lovely the teapot, but the condition it arrived in is not great, looks like the teapot has been used before and the rubber seal on the lid is bent, therefore the lid comes off easily when pouring tea, really annoying as it made my girlfriend spill her hot tea, I bought it as a gift for her so not happy with the condition it came in, is there anything you could do to resolve this issue, perhaps send a replacement lid
