Women sorting beans in a factory setting

This coffee comes from the Malabar Coast of India, where beans are subjected to the monsooning process that transforms their acidity and colour. Originating in the Western Ghats, the beans are harvested at altitudes of 1,100 to 1,200 metres. This unique process results in a coffee that is both smooth and full-flavoured, with a distinct spicy profile.
