Sourced from the renowned coffee-growing region of Huila in Colombia, this coffee is grown at altitudes ranging from 1,200 to 2,000 metres. The high elevation, volcanic soil, and traditional farming techniques contribute to its exceptional quality. Excelso refers to the bean size (15-16), slightly smaller than Supremo. The coffee is washed and sun-dried, resulting in a clean cup with bright acidity and rich flavours.
