I don’t want to tarnish Redber. So I won’t, the grinder looks great and has a wide variety of grind perfect for filter and Moka which I brew at home. It goes fine enough for espresso and can not wait to try.

However my outer burr was not tight and rattled very easy to adjust an align but just with I didn’t have to do it. ROK also has their own YouTube channel with their products. From what I have seen all service items for both the grinder and espresso maker are covered.
