The Moccamaster machine I use has been superb until recently. It began with the basket filling up far more than usual and not “blooming” and the coffee it then producing being poor. Didn’t seem to be any faults with the basket ,but bought a new one as a first possible weak point in the chain. Which is what it turned out to be….though only oddly after I stopped using a particular brand of Waitrose beans ! ….me neither. Product delivered swiftly and now alls well. Bought the machine from Redber too and service was exceptional.
