Ground coffee shoot had become loose and would sometimes come off this new 1 fits in perfectly. So pleased as we use ground decaf extra to the 2 bean chamber's so the little door gets lots of use. Prices excellent also arrived through the post with our other goodies very quickly. Definitely recommend RedBer to anyone from parts to coffee too machines themselves. All round excellent service very happy indeed.
