I have been trying to get a replacement cover for the bean hopper on my Melita Cafeo Bistro for some time. I finally got through to the Melita UK helpdesk who directed me here..... suddenly the service was better! Although the part was not stocked Redber listed it as a product and ordered it for me. It arrived in the time promised and in fact is a better product than the original as this has a silicon sealing ring (the original was a loose fit). Top Marks to Redber I would recommend to a friend I will use again.
