I dropped my container twice, bits broke off, but it still worked: I covered the hole with my finger. Finally got fed up with the mess (amazing how far ground coffee can travel) and ordered a replacement on Tuesday. Arrived Thursday morning packaged in bubblewrap in a box. Super!

After our old one fell out the fridge and broke I thought I was in for a new coffee grinder, but less than £5 we are back up and working.
It even arrived next day.... perfect!
