I discovered that this Melitta brew unit was compatible with my trusty Miele CM5300, which had stopped working after 5 years of use. After some tinkering about with it, I realised it was the brew unit which I'm assuming just wore out. Anyway, the service from Redber was fantastic. My order was processed quickly and the item was excellently packaged. I also thought the delivery costs were very reasonable. Once I installed the Melitta brew unit, my coffee machine jumped back to life. A week later and everything is working great.

Needed next day delivery because I am caffeine dependent and my levels were getting low 😊. Item arrived as promised, levels restored, happy bunny, 100% recommended.

Although the product didn't fit correctly when recieved, Redber service was good and there were no issues with refunding the item.
