Confession - I bought this glass to I could stop messing with the scales to get the right amount of coffee beans for a double shot. I usually grind only the right weight of beans in my Sage Barista machine each time I make an espresso coffee. This little glass level full to the brim is just a smidge under 19 grams, which is perfect, and saves me getting the scales out.
It is smaller than our last shot glass but for my purposes that's perfect. Our last shot glass had markings that were painted on the side, not etched, and did not survive the dishwasher. I think this would be the same, so handwash only.
