I was looking for parts for my coffee maker and couldn't locate the right part numbers. I sent photos to Petra who advised me on what to order. Swift delivery and efficient. Will use them again.

I almost cannot believe that you can still buy these - but they're great! I've had one of these for about 20 years and used it thousands of times. It makes great coffee pretty quickly - although obviously it's only as good as the coffee you put into it.
Why am I writing this review now? Because after all this time, my pot has sprung a leak - the rubber washer between the two sections is perishing - and I am so very pleased that Redber still not only sell these pots but also the spare parts - I've ordered a spare washer, and am looking forward to a further 20 years of excellent coffee - great job!
