This was my first stove-top and was a gift at around the turn of the millenium. It has reliably produced my regular coffee fix and with a minimum of fuss to keep clean and functional. Spare parts are easily sourced and basically there's nothing to go wrong. Quantity is perfect for four 'decent' espresso cups or to make a couple of grande capucinos. Despite being over-cooked once (I fell asleep!), mine is still as elegant as ever. A much-loved pot which lives always on the counter-top ready for immediate action.
