Flavours of cherry and molasses are pronounced throughout and the finish is sweet with milk chocolate. Love this coffee. Bought it for a cafetiere,. It has a lovely rich flavour without being bitter. Having lived in PNG I love their coffee and your roast is great. Would buy again.
This coffee was a revelation. I am a regular OBJ drinker and find most other coffees don't compare. This Elimbari is an exception. If I had only this to drink for the rest of my life I would be happy. It is similar in flavour profile to Java but without the ultimate earthiness and inspirational coffee authenticity. That said it is v.good and perfect for drinking at any time. I really rate Elimbari and will be buying much more of it.Thanks
I must admit this was my first purchase from redbur and I’m massively happy. The coffee is amazing and I love it. The whole ordering and delivery was seamless and easy and would highly recommend redbur.
Has great deep, lots going on, like full bodied nature of the coffee and subtle cherry finish. Will definitely be having this one again
Full earthy flavour
