Finca Aurora is located in Huatulco, at the Pacific coast of Oaxaca Mexico. The ecological and good soil conditions that surround the Copalita river, and the ocean breeze of the coast create an exclusive environment to develop these coffee plantations: natural shade tree grown, minimum use of agrochemicals and a careful washed process.
In a tradition that has been passed down for generations, cherries are selected by hand and each producer has a manual wet mill to process coffee at their own plantations.
Both of those coffees were very good, turned out to be a perfect roast, very good quality beans
Gives a nice even roast, but takes noticeably longer to get there. Well worth the wait 'cause it makes a nice coffee. Service from Redber was great as usual.
pretty good because there was a slight holdup in transport and I was sent a personal email from Redber warning me. The green coffee beans are only part-consumed so far but seem to be of good standard so overall I am happy
