Our latest Colombian micro-lot offering from the Green Collection is La Diviso.


 Origin: Colombia

Region: Montalvo, Tolima

Farm: Diviso

Altitude: 2000 metres above the sea level

Variety: Caturra

Processed Method: 48 hrs. 24 cherry, 24 hrs Parchment

Flavour: Fresh clean well balanced and uniformed with sweetness of delicate honey, apple/pear, citric lime/grape hints of black pepper and cinnamon, liquorice/aniseed, refreshing after taste of blackberry fruits.

Body: Clean & Balanced

Acidity: Citric, Sweet

Working closely with The Green Collection allows us to source, roast and provide some of the most exciting and, arguably, best coffee coming out of Colombia. They pay way above the fairtrade price to farmers, make sure each coffee they source is completely organic and supports the natural biodiversity of the surrounding area (most of the farms are micro-lots surrounded by beautiful rainforest) and they develop local communities to better the lives of the locals and reduce the impact of poverty.

Colombia La Diviso med dark roast as espresso.

Used for espresso and found it very nice,sweet nutty,bit fudge,no wow factor but very pleasant overall..nice Mouthfeel and some acidity. Very good value.

Best coffee EVER

add a squeeze of lemon.....

This is an OK beverage but it is far from the coffee l usually drink. It is not pronounced in acidity as such, but it does have an overarching flavour of citrus, to my taste more lime than lemon, or even unripe pineapple! That said, it is not bland or run of the mill and l think many people would really appreciate the quality and style this brings to the coffee drinkers arsenal. Interesting.
