Excellent service
I bought this MUG as a gift and it went down a treat. My wife loves it as she can drink 'proper coffee' instead of the instant stuff. It keeps the drinks hot for a good hour or two as well. Well worth the money.
The mug itself looks and functions perfectly however, the silicone wrap band slips and holds dirt / becomes dislodged...
