**PLEASE BE AWARE THESE ARE RAW, UNROASTED COFFEE BEANS, NOT SUITABLE FOR CONSUMPTION OR GRINDING BEFORE BEING ROASTED**

El Salvador Diamante is an excellent choice for home roasting, even for those with little experience. It boasts a bold body and chocolatey flavour, as well as subtle citrus-like acidity.

SHG - Strictly High Grown specifies that the coffee was grown at an altitude around 1,350 m. Coffee grown at a higher altitude and lower temperature produces a slower maturing fruit and a denser bean, which creates a more desirable speciality cup. This slower, more precise process yields a higher concentration of flavour compounds, delivering a bold, complex cup that stands out from the rest.
